Yes, your funds are 100% yours. We do not have access to your trading account, ensuring you maintain complete ownership and control over your investments.

Our minimum investment for the first package is $500. This allows you to start trading and accessing our features.

Yes, you can withdraw your funds at any time through the broker you use. Your money is securely held with them, and while you have full control over your account, any withdrawals must be processed through the broker.

Support depends on your plan. Essential includes email and community support. Premium adds priority live chat and phone support, plus a monthly performance review call. No matter your plan, you can always reach us through our member portal or by email, there are multiple ways to get help, and we’re here to assist with any question or concern.

Yes, there will be losing trades and days without profit. However, our trading setup should be evaluated over longer periods, during which there will be results.
Support & billing
Yes, you can. There is always a risk when trading. We cannot guarantee that you won’t lose your money, which is why it is important to follow our rules to minimize the risk.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. There is no binding contract. If you choose to stop, you will have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will no longer be able to use our portal or the API in NinjaTrader.
