In plain English AWM gives you trading software and strategies. We're not a broker and we don't control your money or your account — all trades run through a third-party broker like NinjaTrader, and you stay in control. Using the platform means you accept these Terms and the risks of trading.

1.Introduction

Welcome to AWM Trading (the “Platform”), an online platform designed to provide access to trading tools, resources, and community-based services. The Platform is designed to empower users to make informed investment decisions while retaining full control over their accounts.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (“User” or “You”), and the Platform, governing your access to and use of the Platform and its associated services. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing, browsing, or using the Platform or its services.

By accepting these Terms:

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and any applicable policies regularly. 3.Use of services

3.1 The Platform provides tools and insights that enhance your trading experience. The ultimate responsibility for investment decisions rests solely with the User. The Platform does not act as a broker or financial advisor, nor does it manage or control User funds or trading accounts. All trades and financial decisions are executed through third-party brokers, such as NinjaTrader, and Users retain full control and ownership of their accounts.

3.2 As a condition of using the services, Users must adhere to the rules and guidelines established by the Platform, which are designed to foster a constructive and transparent trading environment. Failure to provide accurate results, or intentionally submitting false data, may result in removal from the trading community and suspension of access.

3.3 Users are encouraged to follow the guidance and trading strategies provided by the Platform. While the Platform offers proven strategies and tools, it does not guarantee success or profitability.

3.4 The Platform reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or address operational challenges. Users will be notified of significant changes, but the Platform is not liable for disruptions resulting from such modifications.
